Advertise your job as usual – adding a unique short URL to your company careers site, choice of job board or social media.
Applicants then work through our filtering and checking process (checkabl, testabl and personabl) – validating who they are, testing their skills and finishing with video interview questions giving you that all important first impression of them.
The whole process, allowing applicants to self-eliminate; pre-screening questions, tests and video questions are all configurable by you – use as much or as little as you need.
During the process, you can apply detailed ID checks validating passports and driving licenses for 180 countries and a host of other detailed checks such as;
